The home page has been designed to showcase Exclusive products, that are just one- off products and Featured Products. On the top, you will see "Exclusive Products" which are exclusively designed by the designers for aporv. These are one-off pieces and unique to the word.
Below that you would find Featured products, that have been hand picked for you.
Below the featured items you will find the Product Categories. Click on the category you wish to browse.

We are well aware of the limitations that buying over the internet presents. To that end we want to provide you with as much information as we can, to ensure that you feel secure in your buying decision. Following are the details we have provided, in an attempt at taking shopping at Aporv.com a notch above the regular brick and mortar shopping experience:
1.The large picture of the product on the left will help you visualize the product in context.
2. We have also embedded ZOOM functionality in case you wish to see the product closely. Just mouse over on the image to see the zoomed image.
3.To deepen your appreciation of the products you are considering buying from us, we have additional information on the craft form and also about the product.
4. Along with the product image you will find links to communicate with the artisan. This is an added flexibility Some we provide on aporv.com.
5. Add the products to your wishlist, in case you want to buy it later. But make sure you register on our site first!
6. You can see if the product is available. Out of stock items can be back-ordered by just mailing us. Through back-ordering, aporv.com gives you the flexibility of ordering products which are currently not available, and we will make every effort to get it out to you as soon as possible. We will keep you informed about the shipping dates through email notifications. In case you change your mind by the time the product is shipped do let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a gift certificate for the amount of the product for your next purchase with us. This is our way of thanking you for relying on us and for your support.
We are happy you found something you liked. The last page you encounter before checkout, offers you the chance to make last minute changes to your order and provides the following options:
1. Change the quantity of product ordered from the default value of 1,
2. Update subtotals by clicking the ‘Recalculate Subtotal’ button, and
3. Apply any available discount codes.
4. Get shipping and tax rates.
5. Proceed to ‘Checkout’.
There are couple of ways you can pay for your product:
1. Online payment - We have partnered with Paypal and CC Avenues for our online payment transactions. Paypal and CC Avenue provides a secure payment gateway that accepts credit cards and bank transactions. This is the most secure way of transacting and placing your order.
2. Payments in India through Demand Draft / Cheque:
You can select ‘Demand Draft/Cheque’ as a mode of payment when you place an order with us. Your order will be processed once we receive the Cheque/Demand Draft and once the amount is credited to us.

The Demand Draft/Cheque should be mailed to the following address:

Once you have mailed us the check/ DD, send us an email at email@example.com with the following information:
(a). Your Order number
(b). Your mobile number

(d). Order date
(e). Check number
(f). Check amount
(g). Your Bank name
We are committed to providing you the very best shopping experience, and we recognize how important it is for you to stay informed about the status of the purchases you have made. The checkout process will take you through 6 steps (yes we know it sounds long, but in reality it won't take you more than 5 minutes), and the last step is order confirmation. Once your credit card is verified, you will be notified that we have received your order. You will see a thank you screen on your browser and will also receive an email containing details of your order.
By the customer
To cancel or to modify an order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, the products ordered along with desired quantities, your name, your shipping and billing address, and your phone number (including area code). If you have our order confirmation email handy, all you need to do is forward it to us, since all the information we need will be in the email.
Please note that the order can be cancelled or modified only if it has not already been shipped.
Aporv reserves the right to cancel an order before it has been shipped if one or more of the following conditions apply:
1. The billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the credit card's issuing bank.
2. The credit card is declined for any reason, by our credit card verification service. Please note that the issuance of an order number or the receipt of a confirmation email does not serve as a guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. No order is final till your credit card transaction is verified.
3. Your checks didn't reach us on time.
4.We take all measures to make sure that the product ordered reaches you. In case of an unforeseen circumstance, we might have to cancel your order or ship it at a later date. If this occurs, we will let you know through your email registered with us. In case the order is cancelled by us before your card was charged, there will be no refunds made. However, if the order got cancelled after your card was charged, , we will either
(a). refund the full value of the product
(b). Send you a gift voucher for the amount of the product good for your next purchase.
Aporv.com will not be responsible for the fee charged by the courier company incase of the following address errors:
1. The package is returned as undeliverable because an incorrect or invalid address is entered by the customer.
2. A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.
3. An APO, FPO or a P.O. Box address has been provided as the shipping address and the shipping company is unable to deliver to it.
4. Incorrect or no contact telephone number is entered by the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Aporv.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
The timelines on the product page and order confirmation are an indication of average time required. In case of international shipments there might be delay due to Customs clearance, etc which are not in our control.
Though the web has completely revolutionized the world by making available to us products from distant lands, it is limited in that it is only a visual medium. While we try our best to represent our products as realistically as we can,we unfortunately cannot offer the regular brick and mortar store pre-purchase experience of touching, viewing under different lighting situations, and sniffing various products! Well to think of it that's our Unique Selling Proposition (or USP in marketing jargon) . However, we really want you to be thrilled with your purchases from aporv.com. To that effect, if you feel that the product that you received didn't match your expectations, we offer a generous 7 day return policy. After the expiry of the 7 day period, all purchases are final and no product returns will be accepted.

2. Make sure the product is in it's original packaging. The customer should make sure that the product is insured against damage. In case we receive damaged products aporv.com won't be able to make any refunds.

4. All return expenses and fees will be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds (minus shipping cost and tax) will be made in the form of Gift vouchers good for your next purchase on Aporv.com.
If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain.
1. If any item has been damaged during shipping please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will expedite your case.
2. Please notify Aporv.com of the damage within 1 (one) days of receipt of the goods, along with the details of the damage.
3. Send images of the goods with close-ups of the damaged portion(s) to email@example.com.
4. Send the product to APORV CRAFTS PVT LTD, 1st Floor Pine Valley, Embassy Golf Links, Stylus office, Off-Intermidiate Ring Road, Bangalore 560071, India in the original pakaging, making sure there is no further damage to the product.
5. All return expenses and fees will be borne by the customer.
6. We will either
(a). ship you another piece of the same product
(b). in case the product is not available we will send you a gift voucher for the amount of the product purchased good for your next purchase.
7. Refunds (minus shipping cost and tax) will be made in the form of Gift vouchers good for your next purchase on Aporv.com.
We DON'T accept returns on products which have been personalized or customized.
