These terms and conditions of use shall govern your use of the site www.aporv.com, and all other URLs forming part thereof (hereinafter referred to as "the Sites"). The Site is owned and managed by Aporv Crafts Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (hereinafter referred to as "us or we"or "Company" or "Aporv" or "Aporv.com" in the first person and "Aporv" wherever the context requires). These terms and conditions of use form the entirety of any expressed or implied contract that may or may be deemed to exist between us and you, the users of the Site. These terms and conditions are applicable to products on the www.aporv.com site.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Aporv reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Sites are offered, including but not limited to the charges, if any, associated with the use of the Sites. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to change this Website and/or alter the terms and conditions of this User Agreement at any time and retains the right to deny access to anyone who the Company believes has violated the provisions of this User Agreement. You are advised that any amendment to the User Agreement or rules and policies incorporated herein by reference will only be notified on the Website on publicly accessible links and you agree by accessing, browsing or using this website that this constitutes sufficient notice for all purposes against you. The revised version/ terms shall be effective from the time that the Company posts the same on the Website.

General terms:

The Product made available for sale on the Website may not always be in the physical possession of Aporv and may be physically located anywhere in the world. All Product made available for sale on the Website will be sold at the price listed and no discounts will be granted to the Buyer. The price of the Product listed does not include duties, taxes, packaging, shipping and handling, which will be charged as applicable and would depend on the physical location of the Product as well as the shipping address provided by the Buyer. The information provided during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase shall be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the Product.

The Buyer agrees that the Buyer is liable for any customs, duties and taxes that might be applicable on the purchase as per clause above and such charges shall be payable in addition to the price of the Product by the customer.

All invoices will be raised by Aporv based on the registration information provided by the Buyer at the time of finalizing a purchase.

Aporv shall reserve have the right to cancel any order placed on the website www.aporv.com, at any time prior to the delivery of the Product, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Aporv shall assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur in the Description, pricing or other content related to the Product.

The buyer shall agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in these terms and conditions. In particular, the buyer will warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all costs, charges plus all applicable taxes for the purchases made by you.

All foreign currency exchange rates for the purchase are made on a constant. The prices for individual Product have been 'rounded off' for ease of reference and do not necessarily reflect the exact exchange rate that will be used for calculation of the invoiced price.

The Buyer warrants that all the information furnished at the time of registration is true and correct and any change in the information provided will be updated and intimated to Aporv immediately. Aporv is entitled to act on the basis of the information provided and seek such further information, clarifications or verifications as it may deem necessary for granting registration. Such registration may be suspended or cancelled where Aporv forms a reasonable view that any of the above information may be inaccurate. However, such registration will be restored immediately on the buyer furnishing information to the satisfaction of Aporv.

PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

You shall use the Sites in good faith and for the essential purposes for which the Sites are intended. Unless otherwise specified, the Sites are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, images or services obtained from the Sites.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

The Sites may contain links to other Web Sites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Aporv and Aporv is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Aporv is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Aporv of the site or any association with its operators.

Aporv may claim ownership of the materials you provide to Aporv (including registration data, feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any of the Sites or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission on Aporv.com, through emails, on Aporv.com's Social Networks (facebook; twitter; blogs; etc)  you are granting Aporv and its affiliated companies permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. Aporv agrees that it shall not use or sell user identifiable data contained in the Submissions. However, Aporv has the sole and exclusive right to use, transfer or otherwise deal with compiled user aggregated data in any manner that Aporv deems fit.

Aporv reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Sites and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of India. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Karnataka, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Sites. Use of the Sites is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Aporv as a result of this agreement or use of the Sites. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Aporv with respect to the Sites and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Aporv with respect to the Sites. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

You agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in the order forms submitted by you for the purchase of any artworks from the Sites. In particular, you warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all charges plus all applicable taxes for the purchases made by you.
